Washington County, like many other communities in America, is
experiencing an “elder boom.” In response, we are
pro-actively addressing issues surrounding aging well, care-giving
and end of life care to meet current and future needs. To this
end, a recently expanded community-wide “grassroots” coalition
of agencies and individuals in the County aims to improve life
